Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and any engagement with Pivot. Individual engagements are governed by a written agreement signed before work begins — including scope, confidentiality, non-solicitation and IP assignment.

Confidentiality

Material you share when enquiring or scoping is treated as confidential from the first message. We are happy to execute your NDA before any detail is exchanged.

Intellectual property

Unless the engagement agreement says otherwise, all deliverables — code, documentation and credentials — are assigned to the client on full payment.

Liability

Work is provided in good faith for commercial use. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
